a little more about me
Hey there! My name is Erik Larsen, I'm a 28-year old web designer currently living in Cheyenne, WY,
home of the eight-foot tall cowboy boots and real cowboys. (Yea, I didn't think they actually existed either)
I've been designing everything from business cards and vinyl signs, to logos and websites for the last 8 years.
Along the way, I've worked with businesses ranging from mom-and-pop shops to small design firms. Currently, I
am working as the lead visual designer for Sierra Trading Post, one of the top 75 online retailers in the United States.
I no longer focus on the day-to-day creative, but rather on clean design and streamlined user interfaces for our
bigger projects, which allows me to provide our customers with a better user experience.
I love what I do, so I'm driven by a desire and passion to create clean, usable, and beautiful websites.
I am constantly pushing myself to be better and learn more with every project that I'm a part of.
I need to fill that hunger with everything that I do and learn as much as possible.
When I'm not hunkered down in front of the computer, either reading, playing, or designing, I can usually be found around town, playing with my Boxer, Boomer.
